We have a delightful vacation home right in the heart of Stratford on avon which offers comfortable modern living and ideally located to visit all of the Shakespearean places of interest and the river. There is an option of a parking permit for those travelling by car which in itself will save you a small fortune. No car is necessary where are located so everyone can enjoy a glass or two without the worry of driving. This vacation home has retained many or its original features including wooden panel doors and sash windows but is light, modern and deceptively spacious. It is beautifully decorated and has your own private Courtyard garden perfect for summer evenings or having a BBQ after a busy day of sightseeing. Our holiday let is equipped with Coffee, tea, sugar and milk as well as Shampoo, soap and fresh towels. The house has two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and the second two singles. The luxury Hotel style bathroom has a free standing bath and separate shower. There is a modern Kitchen with toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble drier. There is a large lounge and two bedrooms plus utility room and dining room that comfortably sleeps six.
We are a family of five and that's why we offer the extra bed at a small cost as we know all to well how difficult it is to often find affordable Holiday lets that accommodates five without paying out a small fortune. I am a keen cyclist and love the out doors. I have lived and worked all over the World prior to having children. My interests include the Gym, Theatre, traveling and all types of Cuisine. We have put into place a vigilant cleaning and disinfecting regime of the whole property in between guest stays. some of these include washing bedding, towels and cloths at a temperature that is recommended by the World Health Organisation as well as thoroughly bleaching of bathroom floors, showers, sinks and fridges with all hard floors and surfaces being cleaned with antibacterial spray this also includes high touch areas such as door handles, tables, and keys. We will continue to provide hand wash in kitchen and bathroom areas and ask our guests to continue to be vigilant in washing hands during their stay with us using the recommended 20 second rule to wash hands and forearms. Those who enter an online review will be entered in to an annual draw for a free day long weekend!
All that Stratford has to offer after a busy day! 15 Arden Street dates back to 1877 and is situated right in the very heart of Shakespeare’s home town. Shakespeare's birthplace is just 4 minutes walk away. Warwick Castle 20 mins on the train and the Cotswolds 15 mins drive. Many of our local Restaurants are offering either a delivery or takeaway service and a laminated list will be left in the property for those who require a break from cooking.
