This stylishly-decorated flat is minutes from Oval Cricket Ground, surrounded by green space. You are under 13 mins walk from the nearest tube station - Kennington. You are opposite Kennington Park so surrounded by peaceful green space. The home is on the 6th floor but there is an elevator! The flat boasts a living area, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and there are 2 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi provided. The living room is filled with natural light and has plenty of comfortable seating. A flat screen Freeview TV is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The large sofa can be transformed into a sofa bed sleeping up to two people. You can access the balcony from the living room and enjoy great views over London. The dining table has seating for up to 8 guests. The kitchen is well-equipped including a microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, large fridge/freezer and hob. The bedrooms and bathrooms are down a short flight of stairs.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance such as the Kennington Pub and the Co-op supermarket just down the road. You are near Camberwell Green which has some really good restaurants, including Theo's Pizza, Silk Road and the Camberwell Arms. The Oval Cricket Ground is just down the road for sports fans! You are opposite Kennington Park so surrounded by peaceful green space. There is a farmers market on the church green on some Sundays, which is definitely worth a visit. Getting around The flat is very close to London transport links. Oval station (served by the Northern Line) is only a 9 minute walk away. This provides very quick access to places such as Barbican, the West End, London Bridge, London Waterloo etc. The nearest bus stop is John Ruskin Street (STOP D), and you can take bus 36 or 436 to get to Victoria Station in under 20 minutes. Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport are 1 hour away by public transport, and Kings Cross is less than 30 minutes away by tube.
