62 Esplanade is a spacious cottage situated inthe village of Fowey near to the town of Charlestown in Cornwall and benefits from stunning views of the river and estuary. The cottage can sleep 12 people in 1 bunk room, 3 double rooms (one with en suite bath with shower over, WC and basin) 1 single with trundle bed, 1 twin as well as two family bathrooms. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting area, a separate sitting room and a utility room. To the outside of the cottage is a garden with a patio and furniture. 62 Esplanade is an outstanding cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year. Note: Entrance to the property up steep hill, access is by foot only, there are also some steps.
