4 Dart Marina is a two bedroom townhouse house sleeping up to four people, and is just a short level walk from historic Dartmouth’s award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has a master bedroom with 6’ bed (can be made in to twin beds on request), with an en suite shower room, plus a second bedroom with King-size bed. The property also has a family bathroom, a cloakroom, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant lounge/dining area with fabulous French doors leading to the terrace. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon.
