## The space The property is a top floor apartment in a converted building, offering attractive and spacious accommodation which comprises of an entrance hall, two double bedrooms with storage, a spacious lounge and a lovely modern dining kitchen. There are two good sized double bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with white suite and powerful shower. The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave and gas hob cooker. Hotel-quality linen and towels will be provided for your stay, as well as basic toiletries. ## Guest access The property can be accessed on foot from Constitution Street and vehicle access to the residents parking at the road from Maritime Street. ## Guest interaction I won’t be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who can be contacted by phone or email.

## The neighborhood Leith is a buzzing port district, home to hip creatives and longtime locals. Waterfront seafood bistros and traditional pubs dot the Shore area providing for a great evening out all within walking distance of the apartment. You are a short walk to The Royal Yacht Britannia, a former ocean-going royal residence that showcases elaborate apartments and an onboard Rolls-Royce. From the shore you can easily walk along the Water of Leith on a sunny day and access Leith walk, a busy street with restaurants and thrift stores that links the city centre to the shore with numerous transport links. ## Getting around Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Princes Street. From here the apartment is a quick taxi ride or you can take the number 16 or 22 bus. Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 22 or 35. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away. Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It's a great tool for getting around the city.
