The apartment is very homely yet modern. There is almost everything you can need. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very open. They have a folder with everything answered that you might need from the apartment(heating,wifi,trash)

This split level 2 bed, 2 bath apartment or some call it a town house is located on the edge of the Northern Quarter. Conveniently located just a short walk from Piccadilly train station and New Islington tram stop. Motorway links are easily accessible and the property has allocated parking. Good location for Manchester City Centre, Ethiad Stadium, Manchester Apollo, Canal Street and Manchester Arena. THE SPACE: Downstairs: bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe with mirrored doors & bathroom opposite, storage cupboard that houses the washer/dryer. Upstairs: bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe, bathroom has 2 doors so can be accessed directly off the bedroom or the living area. The kitchen has high gloss units, full size fridge/freezer as well as a dishwasher. Patio door in the living room leads onto the balcony. Luxurious, clean property with a homely feel. High speed free WIFI. Earlier Check In & Later Check Out times possible, dependent on other bookings. Two Hundred Pound Security Deposit paid prior to check in, fully refundable if no damage is caused to the property, fixtures and fittings. Strict "No Noise" policy so not suited for some guests. Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted.
I like things to be just right as I am incredibly fussy myself. I feel cleanliness is one of the most important things when staying away from home, followed by a comfy bed with nice fresh bed linen. A decent powerful shower helps along with homely, relaxing surroundings. I'm confident this has been achieved and would be a very happy & satisfied guest if I were to stay here myself.
Costa Coffee & Dominos Pizza are within a very short walk as is a corner shop selling general groceries and alcohol. Aldi is also within walking distance. Barbers, hairdressers & makeup salon are also within a short walk. 24 hour Asda is a short drive away. Good access for all parts of Manchester City.
