## The space This second floor flat is in the heart of the city, in the buzzing West End. This modern flat is ideally located in the centre of Edinburgh - perfect for business and leisure trips. The location is ideal for visitors with the Haymarket station just a short walk from the flat. Open-plan Kitchen/Living area: The kitchen area has a large island work surface, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave and best of all a dishwasher :). The living area has a leather corner sofa, oak coffee table and large flatscreen TV with Chromecast for streaming YouTube etc and a USB connection for plugging in a hard drive or memory stick. Wireless internet is provided throughout the property. Bedroom: Kingsized double bed, a clothes rail and a chest of drawers. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on the beds prior to arrival. Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, towels provided. We provide hand soap and shower gel. ## Guest access Access is from a street level door that opens onto a stairway up to the flat on the first floor.
