## The space Beds: The bedroom has a new super comfy Mandalay Kingsize bed and in the lounge is a top of the range Blanche sofa bed that very comfortably sleeps 2 people. Kitchen: The newly fitted modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Nespresso machine for great coffee. Lounge: Spacious communal area with large comfy sofa, 32” Smart tv enabling access to ordinary terrestrial tv and radio channels and also Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime etc., DVD player, iPod dock, plus a vintage Roberts radio. Balcony with table and chairs for breakfast in the morning sunshine. Other: - Super fast Wi-Fi. - Air replacement system-quietly and efficiently replaces the air within the apartment every 90 seconds ensuring constant cool clean air. - Under floor heating. - Elevators from entrance to the 3rd floor. ## Guest access Access to building's communal area with a kid's playground in the grounds. ## Guest interaction If there are issues the concierge cannot help you with, then my support team are always on the end of the phone for any questions you may have! ## Other things to note Transport: Being in the heart of Brighton there is no parking immediately outside the property but there are car parks situated locally, however its best to take the train and then walk everywhere as you will be in the centre of everything. Access: This 3rd floor flat is secured by key fob only entry and the building has a 5 day a week concierge. Access is gained via an entrance lobby and then a lift all of which is wheelchair accessible. The keys will be available via a lockbox.

## The neighborhood The Lanes are definitely a large defining feature of Brighton, giving it its unique feeling. The area’s narrow streets and small holding boundaries are from the Middle Ages. Filled with one of a kind pubs, vegan/veggie cafes, kooky home-stores and market stalls selling anything and everything. Arguably the most atmospheric and unique area of Brighton, walking down you will smell incense and soup, hear the laughter and heckles from the market stalls and see weird and wonderful people amongst a dazzling array of colour. Here you’ll also find the city’s main Library, Komedia Brighton and The Royal Pavilion Estate. The Royal Pavilion Estate is a must see, being one of Brighton's most iconic sites. It was built in 1787 for George, Prince of Wales. It is surrounded by pristine and beautiful gardens which are perfect for relaxing in the Summer listening to some local jazz musicians that often play in the gardens. ## Getting around You will not need a car. Get off the train and be in the apartment a couple of minutes later and from there you can easily and quickly walk to everything Brighton has to offer. But there's a bus stop directly outside the building and rent-a-car (by the hour if you want) 3 minutes walk.
