An outside terrace and an equipped kitchen are available for guests, and an inside dining room.

Barbara and Ronald are both retired. Barbara is an ex-chemistry teacher and Ronald worked in fusion research.

The house is located on the side of a valley in the forest at about 1 km from the centre of the village of Ensues. In our grounds there are two ponies, a horse and a donkey in separate enclosures, and chickens and tortoises in other pens. 5 cockatiels and many budgies occupy an outdoor aviary and two parrots are in cages close to the house. From our terrace we have a beautiful view across the valley, which is covered with pine trees, to the sea, which is about a kilometre away as the crow flies. There are many walking trails through the woods, with beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea and Marseille, but walking in the woods is not always allowed from June until September. About 1.5 km. from the house, on the other side of Ensues there is an amusement park, with many attractions such as a log fume
