Location exceptional for views and proximity to village facilities superb plenty of room would have liked some heating in pool as it was extremely cold but that is not an issue during very hot weather parking was easiest in the main square-free parking not a problem as we could easily walk locally and only a few minutes away if we were going out Didn’t want to go out of village really but had a day at the coast Cannes and Monaco for my daughters lots of cafes/restaurants in village all good local supermarket had everything you needed plenty of space in the villa everything you need in villa including BBQ and poolside kitchen

Large family home set in the Provençal hill-top village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne. The house affords spectacular views over the gorge and is popular and well known for hiking and biking...or just lying by the pool. Restaurants, café bars, summer festivals and shops all within 5 minute walk from the front gate. Accommodation over two floors with main living and dining room, kitchen and four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Large TV room on the lower ground floor. Kitchen and living area lead out to covered dining terrace with panoramic views. (Supplementary single bedroom on first floor upon request for total to sleep 10). Terraced Mediterranean garden with plenty of space for relaxing. Steps lead down to private pool 7m x 3.5m with sun terrace and lovely summer kitchen with shaded dining area with dishwasher, oven and hob and fridge freezer. WC and exterior shower. Off-road private car port.

The property is situated in the heart of the active and picturesque village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, on the edge of the Pre-Alpes National Park, 16 km from Grasse and 30 km from Cannes and its Mediterranean beaches. Saint Cézaire is a medieval hilltop village dating back to the 14th century. Local amenities within a 5 minute walk include several restaurants, café bars, grocery store and bakery. Great Saturday street market; Cultural events include summer jazz festival, patron saints' feast days and oil and olives festival. Great local hiking and biking in the nearby forest, grottes and gorge. Lac de Saint-Cassien, 40 minutes has fabulous boat hire, swimming, restaurants and small water park. Cabris, 15 minutes has all amenities; many restaurants, café and bars, bakery, grocery store, newsagent, pharmacy etc. Wonderful, panoramic views from the top of the village with views to Cannes and the Mediterranean coast. All amenities in Grasse, 25 minutes with many café bars, restaurants, supermarket, specialist shops etc. Many perfumeries to visit and create your own perfume! The old town ('vieille ville') is large, old and extremely interesting.
