Traditionally laid out bedroom of 23sqm located on 4th floor (with elevator) of a traditional and secured Haussmannien building. Ideally located 100m away from the Champs-Elysées. It is ideal for a couple or a business trip, it is equipped with the following : Air conditioning, Wifi & TV. It is composed of a living area with the bed, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine, plus a separated bathroom. At your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions: bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea. Moreover our smart-lock system will allow you an autonomous check-in after 3pm and a key-less stay. As all our apartments are non smoker a breach of this rule will force us to execute a special cleaning in the apartment hence 250 will be debited.

Tourists and Parisians stroll at any time of the day and night, summer and winter, on this emblematic stretch of almost 2 kilometers, between the Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe. Symbol of Paris, as well as the Eiffel Tower, it is filled with restaurants, luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Mont-Blanc, Guerlain, Ferrari showrooms), flagships of various boutiques and clubs. It hosts great popular events: July 14 parade, arrival of the Tour France, Christmas lights, among others.
