LIVING/DINING The joint living and dining area is incredibly bright due to the large glass sliding doors, which lead onto the balcony with flowers and potted plants. The seating area offers two sofas and two arm chairs around a wooden coffee table and a flat screen TV in the corner by the mirrored wall. The second half of the room is occupied by the dining table, which comfortably sits up to six people. KITCHEN Separate and fully equipped, the kitchen is accessible via the living room. The large window basks the room in natural light, whilst the mirrored-built-in wardrobe directly opposite, amplifies this effect. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, a bidet, a double-sink basin, storage space and shelving and a large mirror. Please note that the toilet is separate. OUTDOORS The pièce de résistance of this lovely apartment is the South-facing balcony, accessible through the sliding glass doors of the living room. Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties! This is a second-floor apartment, which can be accessible via both elevator or stairs. There is step-free access. There is a parking space available for one vehicle on request.
