## The space Welcome to my home in the heart of an iconic and lively district of Paris, a few minutes from Madeleine, Opéra, Havre Caumartin. Only 10 min from Train Station Saint Lazar. Republic, 10 minutes from Bastille and the Canal Saint-Martin, 15 minutes from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. You can enjoy the tranquility of my apartment while being very well located in a lively and sough-after area, in the heart of the Parisian life with all facilities at the foot of the building, and close to cafés and restaurants. My apartment is located on the first floor with lift access. There is 2 nice bedrooms and storage space and sofa bed in the living room, it is perfect for 4 to 6 people. The beds are made with first quality linen 100% cotton. Each room has its own private bathrooms The open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped: washing and drying machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and even a Nespresso coffee machine! Tea, coffee and sugar are on site. The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower. A hair dryer is available, as well as premium towels and shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
