The apartment is situated at "Carré d'or", one of the most reputed neighborhoods in Nice. La Promenade des Anglais & the beach,Place Massena, Massena Museum and the famous fabulous Hotel Negresco, are 1 to 5 minutes walk from the apartment. It should take around 10 minutes walk to get to the old Nice. If you're up for a walk along the seashore, turn left as you leave the building, then left to Rue de Rivoli which ends up after one minute walk by the Hotel Negresco on your right, Massena museum on your left and the Promenade des Anglais (the boardwalk) in front of you. If you wish to discover the pedestrian zone after you turn left to Rue de Rivoli, turn left again to Rue de France and continue straight. After about 200m the street becomes a pedestrian zone. Keep on walking another 600m (around 8 minutes) and you reached Place Massena. You turn right and walk 5 minutes - you're in the old city , you turn left - you're in Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping avenue in Nice.
