This apartment is our vacation address, where we stay a few months a year. it has been renovated and tastefully and fully furnished. We bought this apartment at the time, because it has so many advantages in terms of location. We are Francophile and always enjoy the sun and the relaxed atmosphere. it is wonderful to cycle along the coast, and also inland.

Opposite the apartment is the pedestrian boulevard with palm trees and fountains and the intimate sandy beach, with beach tents and beach chairs. The beach (Plage du Ponteil) is very suitable for children because of the shallow water. A sailing school is available here, where you can rent a sailboat or catamaran. Also for children. A delicious bakery is just around the corner. The other shops for groceries and nice restaurants are a short walk away. Within walking distance on the left is the old center with the Provencal market, which is held daily, the Picasso museum, the many shops and numerous restaurants. To the right leads to the Cap d'Antibes, with La Garoupe bay and its famous beach bars, and the beautiful hiking trail around the Cap. At the back is Juan les Pins, a 10 minute walk away, a lovely seaside resort.

The city bus (Navette) in front of the door takes you everywhere in Antibes for free. The bus and train station in Antibes is a 15-minute walk away, the regional bus 7 minutes. The regional bus nbr 200 comes from Nice airport and brings you all the way to Cannes Center
