Reception opening hours during french school holidays:

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00

- Saturday : 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00

- Wednesday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00.

Reception opening hours except during french school holidays :

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00

- Wenesday and Sunday : 09:00 to 12:00

- Friday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00

- Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Outside the school holidays, the relaxation area will be open during the week and the play area at weekends (the opening dates of the play area are beyond the control of Pierre et Vacances, information is available from the Antilles de Jonzac).

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an extra cost.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Play area in pool will be closed from Monday 24/04 to Friday 28/04 inclusive and from Tuesday 02/05 to Friday 05/05 inclusive; open only at weekends from 10.30am to 6.30pm. Free access to the relaxation area during this period.

The play area is closed from March 4 to April 12 inclusive. Access to the relaxation area in exchange.*
