The apartment is very well located between place Garibadi and Place Massena and the beach. The building Providence is new, it was build in 1998. You will have the pleasure of being in the heart of every shops, restaurants and animations of the city, but while you are in a central location, you can here feel a calm and peaceful staying. If you have a need for a place where intellectual creativity is to take place, you have choosen the right. Once back in the apartment, you will find peace and satisfaction.
Welcome to our apartments. I am Swedish, lives in Nice since 10 years ago. Orderly and reliable. Happy and friendly, like to keep the apartment clean and proper, so you will have a pleasant stay in our apartment. Merci
