Cocoonr Agency offers you Mosaik, a completely renovated and tastefully decorated, apartment on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, it will seduce you with its calm and layout. Offering a large living room, with an open plan fitted and equipped kitchen, it is with pleasure that you will cook on the large central island. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, combined oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle and toaster. You will also be able to relax in the living room (convertible into a 140X200 bed) and equipped with a small television. An internet connection is also included in the rental price. The room has a double bed (140X200) and a wardrobe to make you feel at home ! After a good night's sleep in the quiet, a jump into the big Italian shower and Nantes is yours ! For your comfort, you can use the washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board. From the kitchen, you can go to the small terrace (which however has some opposite faces) to take your coffee in the sun. The Cocoonr Agency The Mosaik accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on your arrival. Neighborhood and transportation From the apartment, you can hear the Elephant of the Machines de l'île bellowing! Ideally located on the heights of the Butte Sainte-Anne, you'll be able to observe the Loire and enjoy a lovely panorama of Nantes. This is one of Nantes' favorite neighborhoods, with its Montmartre-style village atmosphere and tranquil atmosphere. You'll find all the shops you need just a few steps away. The tramway is 10 minutes away and the city center 20 minutes. The Jules Verne Museum and Planetarium are just a 3-minute walk away, and soon the famous Heron Tree will be right next door...
