An old French farmhouse, renovated to let in sun and happiness. Giant trees offer shade and character, inviting all to eat, drink, and relax outdoors. The Les Gris Bed & Breakfast is in a quiet hamlet, a seven-kilometre drive to the centre of the bastide town of Villefranche-de-Rouergue. Er, the last few years. We have two rooms to rent in the historic “pigeonnier”, dating back to 1790, with a shared luxurious bathroom. Ideal for singles, a couple, two couples who know each other well enough to share a bathroom or a family with children. You can use our sun terrace, free private, gated and covered parking, free WiFi, BBQ facilities, and a gorgeous garden full of trees and sitting areas. With garden views, the rooms feature parquet floors, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and towels. The whole house is very bright. Linens provided. Breakfast, lunches and dinners can be optionally booked (not included in the price).

Mishe & Jörg are French, American and German. We have travelled extensively, in hotels, B&Bs, with a motorcycle and with our van Mannie Malone. Are dream has always been to create a place for guests to feel comfortable and "at home" on the road.

The region excels in plentiful quality food and produce. Outstanding restaurants are just minutes away. Prices are a fraction of those in big cities. This region is relaxed and calm with stunning broad vista scenery. Lots of beautiful medieval villages, quiet roads for cycling and endless trails for those who enjoy a long (or short) walk. The Aveyron river is a lovely 500 meter walk down a country road with virtually no traffic from the house.
