Also, the airport shuttle is just 3 minutes walking and the "Vieux Nice" in 5 minutes by foot! Come where the action is! This cosy apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 4 people. You will appreciate the comfort of air conditioning! It is located in the center of Nice, 10 minutes by foot to the railway station and 3 minutes to the beach, 3minutes to the Place Massena and the "Vieux Nice". As you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you will arrive in an oasis of peace. Enjoy the use of a flat screen TV, a washing machine, dish-washer and Wi-Fi internet. There is mini-market just around the corner. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the total price quoted by Booking.

You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just a 3-minute walk. Public transport is also nearby (buses are 2 minutes walking, airport shuttle is 3 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.). No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.
