The apartment is ideally located, from the rooms there is a stunning view of the Pont-Perrier Bridge, from which the view of the island of Castle-Ile (the most photographed place) opens "like in the palm of your hand". And from the beautiful attic you can see the tower of Annecy Castle. The apartments themselves are located in an old house, the details of which have been lovingly preserved and restored. The apartment is 3-storey), a lot of light, air and charm from the combination of materials. Of the pleasant bonuses: a sauna, an individual elevator and a charming hostess! At the entrance to the old town with all its amenities, right by the canal, stands the “Maison Paccard”, home of the official decorator to King Hassan II of Morocco for fifteen years. Inside this building we have a “five-star” loft for two people, covering 105 m²! André Paccard, a patron, artist of genius and businessman with a megalomaniac streak, had wild ambitions for this house, which he had fallen in love with. So expect the exceptional, with impressive room sizes, century-old beams contrasting with the minimalism of the wrought iron guardrail, designer furniture, works of art that are sure to awaken your contemplative side, a sauna for well-being and blissful relaxation, a private lift and more. Not to mention the 360-degree view over the canal (which gave the town its nickname of “the Venice of the Alps”), the “Vieilles Prisons” (an old stronghold and the most photographed place in Annecy), the castle… So come and enjoy this dream destination in total privacy, echoing the words of Saint Exupéry: “It seems that perfection is attained, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing more to take away.”
