After having lived in 6 different countries, I settled in the beautiful city of Nice and I am now happy to host other travelers and visitors from all around the world in one of my beautiful apartments. Enjoy Nice!

Welcome to "Le Jazzy"! This large 110m2 apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 6 people. It is located in the center of Nice, 10 minutes by foot to the Place Massena, and there is a balcony to enjoy a coffee in the sun. You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the Old Nice, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 12-minute walk along the "Avenue Jean Médecin", lined with boutiques and terraces of all sorts. Public transport is also nearby (tram and bus are 5 minutes walking, train and airport shuttle are 10 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.). No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the total price quoted on the website. Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels. The apartment has a washing machine and a premium bedding to fully enjoy the absolute quietness of the place. There is no elevator in the building.
