Cocoonr Agency offers you Le Hublot, a charming apartment located in the heart of Intra Muros. Nestled in a quiet street on the 1st floor of a small condominium, its 37 m² of well-appointed space can accommodate up to 4 people (preferably 2 adults and 2 children). The pretty bedroom has a double bed that can be split into 2 single beds, and in the living room, two convertible armchairs can accommodate children (these beds are very comfortable with mattress topper). This apartment has been completely refurbished. We've made a point of decorating it with taste to make it feel like a cocoon. - Fully equipped, we provide bed linen, towels, tea towels and Nespresso capsules. - All utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet...). Please note, however, that meters will be read on arrival. Charges are included on the basis of normal consumption. Any excessive or unjustified over-consumption may be billed to the tenant on departure. These overruns will be deducted directly from the security deposit.

Visits : Hôtel d'Asfeld, just down the street from the apartment, also known as the Maison de Corsaire. Museums, Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside. From Place St Vincent you'll find bus and coach departures to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train for a commented historical tour of the town. Food: On Rue de l'Orme, also known as Rue Gourmande, you'll find some great local produce: Butters and cheeses from chez Bordier, Babas de Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables in the 4 seasons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absynthe. Restaurants and cafés: On the Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy fine seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at Maison Générale for the pleasure of your taste buds and eyes (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups, in a brocante decor. The passenger cooks original, playful dishes on lava stone. In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at the St Patrick's, or the inevitable Belle Epoque. Beer lovers will love the Aviso, with its 500 beers! And if you prefer a sailing atmosphere, you can enjoy a toast at La Trinquette on the harbor alongside the Bassin Vauban!
