The newly built 4* Duplex apartments of 635sqf and 570sqf are offering a stunning view on lake Annecy and an ideal location for family or friends holidays. They are composed of two different parts (le Port & la Plage), both located on the same private floor. The first one propose 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 5 persons) and the second one also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeping 3 persons). The apartments have air-conditionning. They can be rent separatly or together dependant on the requested capacity. On the ground floor, Seb Counter offers you small, light meals. BBQ's not allowed.
