La Maison de Kty is a charming medieval house in the heart of a typical village in the Hérault valley. 120 m2 on three levels served by a beautiful spiral staircase from the 15th century. A roof terrace well exposed without overlooks the rooftops of the village. Recently completely restored, this detached house can accommodate 4 people, ideal for 2 couples, parents or friends. However, it is not suitable for young children or very old people because of its staircase. While having a lot of character, it has all the comfort desired, it is functional, well equipped and decorated with care. Ground floor: living room of 40m2, large sofa, flat screen tv, kitchen, storage 1st floor: two bedrooms, office, bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower, separate toilet with washbasin 2nd floor: fitted kitchen, sitting area, dining area, pantry, 12m2 terrace with barbecue WIFI connection

I'm Cathy, passionate about interior decoration and old stone house. I loved to restore this old house and I now wish to make it discover to visitors who will, I hope, enjoy it as much as I do.

Situated in the heart of the village with southern accents, la Maison de Kty enjoys its small shops, restaurants and bars, as well as beautiful walking trails. Free parking nearby is very easy. The sea is only 10mn by car. You can enjoy everything nearby (beaches, pond of Thau, garrigues, vineyards and back country ...). The historic town of Pezenas is very close, you can stroll through these old alleyways or visit the district of antique dealers.
