Nestled on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a small condominium, under the roofs, this apartment offers a magnificent view over Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and the roofs of St Servan. This beautifully restored 65 m² apartment comprises a main room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living room. A shower room, separate wc. 2 bedrooms, the first with 2 single beds that can be brought together to form a 160cm double bed, the other with a large 160cm bed with a magnificent bathroom open onto the bedroom, which can be separated by a curtain. The apartment is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, senseo coffee maker, kettle, TV, wifi.... Free public parking just 10 meters away. A 15-minute walk along the seafront or along the St Servan shopping street will take you to the historic center. There's a market on the Place de St Servan 200 m away on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you'll find fresh fish. A small oyster market is open every Sunday on Place Bouvet (theater square). 2 mini-markets open 7 days a week, less than 100 meters away on foot. St Servan is known for its large shopping street, the solidor tower, the Cité d'Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo. Transportation: You're just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Several bus lines serve Saint-Servan: line 1 (intra-muros/la gare/centre commercial de La Madeleine), line 8 (Intra-Muros/ Quelmer et ses balades des bords de Rance), and line 3 enables you to reach the other seaside districts of plage du sillon, Paramé and Courtoiville, etc. You can opt for a bicycle (local à vélo) or take the car, as there's a free public parking lot at the bottom of the apartment. Beaches and walks : Protected from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan's beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On the bas-Sablons beach, just below the apartment, you can enjoy lunch or a drink at the "Bac'O Sablons" while your children play on the sand below. Opposite the apartment, you can enjoy the Bel Air park and its children's playgrounds. We also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d'Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its neo-Romanesque cathedral, or a little further afield, a visit to the Parc de la Briantais, which also offers a breathtaking view of the Rance estuary.
