This beautiful standalone 4 bedroom chalet for up to 8 people was built in 2010. It is less than 2 mins walk from the nearest ski-bus stop and 15 mins from the nearest chairlift and the heart of the village on foot. In the basement area you have the garage, ski locker area with a heated boot rack as well as the laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, the open plan living room includes a large kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player as well as a woodburning stove (logs are provided) ideal for those cozy winter evenings! On the same floor there's a queen size double bedroom with adjacent bathroom and toilet. The chalet has broadband wifi internet. Upstairs, there's a cosy landing with a TV and then a further 3 bedrooms: 2 twin rooms (where the beds can either be separated or pulled together if needed) and king size double bedroom. There is also a shower room and toilet upstairs. The bedlinen and towels are provided (beds will be made up on your arrival). The chalet has underfloor heating on the main floor and wall heaters upstairs. The rental rate includes the full provision of bedlinen and towels (sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels etc) and beds will be made up on your arrival! A light clean is also included at the end of your stay however we do expect the property to be left clear and tidy to avoid any surprises (beds stripped, rubbish removed, dishwasher emptied, bathrooms and kitchen left clears etc)! This very beautiful detached chalet with 4 bedrooms was built in 2010. The chalet is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk from the slopes and hiking trails. On the ground floor of the chalet is the garage, the ski room with boot dryer and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you have a beautiful living space with a fitted kitchen including large fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and a wood stove (firewood included) ideal for winter evenings. On this same floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Upstairs you have a spacious landing with TV then 3 bedrooms, two with 2 single beds that can be pushed together or separated depending on the use, and the last with a 180 cm double bed. Another bathroom and a toilet are upstairs. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, trash cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...)
