Chalet Berrier located in the old Chinaillon area of Le Grand Bornand resort is a new chalet built on three floors (148m²) in the traditional style giving it an authentic mountain look and feel. It has stunning wraparound views looking out to the slopes opposite & is within easy access of the main shopping street too. It will sleep 12-16 in 6 bedrooms with under floor heating on the ground and middle floors & wall heaters on the top floor. On the ground floor a garage is used as a ski room and storage area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, a twin and another with a set of bunks and 2 single beds. Between them there is a shower room with a wash-basin and separate toilets. On the first floor there is a large open plan living room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing + a games area with mini pool table. There is also a separate toilet on that level. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. It has ample storage space too. The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glasses, crockery and cutlery for over 12 people and more. The sitting room is furnished with modern furniture and designed to make you feel at home. There is a TV with Freesat channels, video player, a CD player, internet access, as well as books and games. Sliding doors lead out onto the South and West facing balconies at the front of the chalet with stunning 360° views including the Aravis Mountains, the slopes opposite and the and quaint old Chinaillon with its little chapel. Chalet Berrier is located near the old village of Chinaillon, 6 kilometers from Grand-Bornand. With three levels and an area of 180m², the Berrier chalet can sleep 12 to 14 people in 6 bedrooms. The garage on the ground floor can be used to store skis and other equipment. A washing machine, a dryer and a sink equip the laundry room. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed and the other with 2 single beds. Between these two bedrooms, there is a bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a large open room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area as well as a WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The dining room is equipped with a large table and enough equipment for 12 or more people. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, a Hifi system, a television / DVD player which captures English channels, an internet connection, as well as books and board games. A large bay window gives access to the balcony which faces south-west, offering a breathtaking view of the ski slopes, the village and the prestigious Aravis mountain range.
