Next to bars, restaurants, and the beach, it is a perfect location to spend your vacation, and join the transport to move to Cannes and Monaco. Fully renovated in April 2015, with quality materials, it consists of a living room with sitting area and dining room with a large bed, a sofa, a large closet with mirrored doors and wardrobe and a table with chairs. The bedding consists of a double bed for 2 persons in a sleeping area like cocooning. The sleeping area can be separated or opened with blackout panels. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob Touch, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven and plenty of storage. You will also have all the necessary dishes available. The shower room consists of a sink, dryer, hanging toilet and walk-in shower. You will also have available, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and clean sheets. A wireless Internet connection will be made available as well as a cable TV.

In the picturesque old town with its many shops, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, entertainment ... Many churches and museums nearby for lovers of culture. You will find the most famous glacier in the city, Fenocchio 20 meters from the apartment, where you can taste the best ice cream in Nice. The Promenade des Anglais and the beach on foot in 1 minute ... crossing the Saleya Court. Many shops (including supermarket express intersection) and walk to the Saleya court close to the apartment.
