The owners were lovely and the main building was traditional furnished yet felt very warm and homely. We didn't have have dinner, but it was home cooked by the host. It did smell delicious. Breakfast made with a personal touch.It felt like a place like a home from home.

We have a past in Stockholm with a long experience to run restaurants, catering and a B&B. We are passionate about this region, culture, history and of course wine. We love the breathtaking surroundings, the climate, the food, the sun and the wine. Our vision is that D’oc D’or shall provide a home away from home, were our guest always will feel at ease and get an experience that will reflect their expectations and more. Dreams come true.....what has become our home and heart in Sud de France, Languedoc, we now want to share with you. Welcome to D'oc D'or, a charming Maison d'hôtes/Bed & Breakfast in rural France, located in the pretty medieval village of Murviel-lès-Béziers, which overlook the vineyards. D'oc D'or means The Golden Occitan, but is also a game with words referring back to all the money -"gold", that have changed hands during its time and the wine as the "gold" of the region. We have 5 rooms and a studio, newly renovated to their former glory, all with private bathrooms, ceiling fan, reversible air condition, central heating and stunning views from french balconies. We have nice common areas for you to hang out, like dining and sitting room, lounge where you can enjoy a glass of wine with the other guests or with your hosts. A lovely shaded garden with several secluded "rooms" to sit, dine, drink or just hang out. At poolside, you can enjoy basking in the sun in your deckchair or a nice cool swim in the pool. Your hosts look forward to welcome you!
