Cocoonr offers you this 41 m² apartment that can comfortably accommodate 4 travelers. Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Located on the third floor of the building (no elevator), the apartment benefits from plenty of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer space, oven, 3-burner induction hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and plenty of cooking utensils. For your relaxation, the lounge area offers wifi (fiber), TV and lots of books... The convertible sofa (140X200) has everything you need for 2 people. You'll enjoy a good night's sleep in this brand-new queen-size bed (160X200), which will be made up on your arrival. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower and WC. For your laundry, you can use the washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Other remarks: - Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on arrival. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract. - This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Neighbourhood and transport: Located near the superb Parc de Procé, you can enjoy the century-old trees and the pretty river that runs through the park, the Chézine. Several shops are available: grocery store, bakery, wine shop, restaurants... And if you feel like it, a beauty salon with hammam is in the street... To get to the town centre, you just have to take the bus C6 stop "Doumer" to the stop "Saint Nicolas" (about 15 min of journey). You will be able to discover the main monuments of Nantes: the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the Place Royale and Graslin ect... You can also opt for self-service bicycles, the "Bicloos", a station is only 3 min away from the apartment. To the airport, a dedicated shuttle bus leaves from the city centre, stop "Commerce". It takes about 20 minutes to get there. To get to the train station, also go to "Commerce", take tram line 1 and stop at "Gare Nord".
