Welcome to our Downtown Apartment, Located on the first floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, secure parking, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room with a sofa bed and TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice. Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 350m away from the apartment. You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment. Bus 100 to Menton via Monaco is 20 minutes away on foot on the Harbor. Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily. Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in our secure garage inside the residence.
