This nice apartment with a phenomenal view of the sea and the islands of Ile du Levant and Port-Cros is located in the centre of the authentic Southern French town of La Croix-Valmer, on the peninsula of the famous coastal resort Saint Tropez. The apartment itself is located on the 3rd floor, in a very quiet spot just outside the centre. In just 2 minutes by foot, you can reach a nice, vibrant square with a bakery, butcher and supermarket. Every Sunday morning there's a nice Provençal market here, which you can see from the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with a 3-person bunk bed. Above the kitchen there also is a mezzanine with another double bed. The spacious living/dining room borders on the modern, open kitchen and offers a view of the Mediterranean. In the bathroom you'll find a bathtub and a washing machine. There are fans in the various rooms. On the covered, south-facing balcony you'll find a bar; this way you can enjoy a wonderful glass of wine with some olives, the sun and the great view. There's a large, heated swimming pool which belongs to the apartment complex (access only for those staying in the complex), with restaurant and bar; it's a 6-minute walk. There also is a public village pool (paid) , a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment has its own parking space: number 318 in the adjacent car park. Across the street you'll find the start of a path leading you through the vineyards towards the beautiful white beaches (a 30-minute walk). By car you can be at the beach in 10 minutes. Want to explore the area for a day? There are beautiful routes in the surrounding. Saint Tropez is only 12 km away and can be reached without traffic jams even during high season, if you take the road through Ramatuelle. Other medieval villages like Gassin and Ramatuelle are also near the peninsula of Saint Tropez. You'll almost feel like a true Frenchman/Frenchwoman between the local villagers.
