This property is within a seafront residential complex called Parc de Mar, at the end of the sea promenade and next to the Golf Course. It is located in Terramar neighbourhood, one of the two districts walking south along the Passeig Martim. Set off-town, it's the ideal place for those whose priority is a relaxed holiday pampering in luxury. You will only listen to the birds tweet and the waves break on the shore. Besides, Parc de Mar provides 24h security, manicured gardens, communal pools (even for toddlers) and concierge services. The closest two beaches are: Anquines Beach, an almost entirely closed beach, and Terramar beach, which is by far the largest one in Sitges: 395m long and 25m wide. If you continue walking south along the coast and go past what used to be Atlantida Club (a music club very popular in the 90s that had to close after the new Coastal Laws were implemented) you will soon get to La punta de les Coves; a spectacular panoramic view of Garraf coast bathed by the Mediterranean Sea.
