There are another 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, an American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay. In the house we can find air conditioning in several rooms, a living room with television and a large lounge with furniture of the best quality. There are several terraces with outdoor dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a chill out room with views of the garden. Villa Parralito Ingenio has a private swimming pool (heatable with a surcharge to 25-26 degrees) which is fully protected with shutter doors, perfect for keeping children safe and ideal for use in summer and winter. It also has parking spaces for up to 4 cars. VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note that for a minimum occupancy of 1 to 6 persons 3 bedrooms will be opened. The other rooms will only be available for a higher occupancy (one room for every two people). If you wish to have more than 3 rooms open with a lesser occupancy, please specify this in your reservation as the price applied will be the one corresponding to the number of rooms open.
