The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks, as well as the presence of pine planting provides for the travelers maximum comfort . For those who are coming in July and August - the hottest season, it's nice to feel a noticeable breeze that comes from pine planting in front of the house. In the house on the ground floor: living room with dining area opening onto an outdoor terrace, a barbecue and a swimming pool (the pool is equipped with a shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker).
