Owl booking could not do more for us. Available 24/7 on what’s app and as we arrived on a stormy day where things were not working the next morning the owner and maintenance team arrived and put everything right. The outside area is sublime - beautiful pool, views and outside kitchen. They have thought of everything. The owner even came to water the garden and left us a plate of figs from breakfast. The outdoor of the property looks stunning. Indoors is practical but, if the owners were to revamp it then this would be 5* but it worked for us and we were very happy. Home to Home!

Villa Moya is a charming Mallorca Villa with mountain views. It has been made great use of both local stone and designs. The cottage style villa, which is all on one level is bright and provides good holiday accommodation and is decorated in light colors. Free wifi is available at Villa Moya. Down the corridor there is a light airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by vines for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque house constructed in local stone, with an exterior utility room and shower/WC, along with covered dining area and mini fridge, perfect for dining al fresco.

Villa Moya is situated in the Boquer area of Puerto Pollensa, with a mountain backdrop and the town in the front. From here you can walk to the beach (20min) at Puerto Pollença and in the evening participate of the variety of activities in town or visit the restaurants and bars that the town has to offer. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort that offers everything you can need both inland and off shore. The bay of Puerto Pollensa boasts a wide choice of water sports to choose from. During the daytime you can relax on the beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go normal water-skiing or jet-biking. In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. There is a large Supermarket just before you get to town.
