This charming house with private pool offers all the amenities to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Located in a quiet rural setting yet only 9 km to Palma (15 minutes car driving) and the best beaches on the island. Ideal for families and groups of friends. The house has a total area of ​​120 m2 with four bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a spacious living room with fireplace, two bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a covered porch of 80 m2 ideal for lunch and dinner outdoors and built-in barbecue. In the land around the house there is a swing, fruit trees and private parking. The pool is located to the right of the house in a separate space. It has hammocks, umbrella and outdoor shower. There is an access barrier that can be closed for safety in the event of small children. On the fourth day of the stay the house is cleaned and towels are changed; on the seventh day there is complete housecleaning with change of sheets and towels. Four touring bikes are available for guests to explore the surrounding cycling trails. Next to the house there is a public playground where children can play safely and without risk. Use of car recommended.
