Very clean and comfortable, all equipment we needed was there for cooking. Great apartment with a lovely south facing balcony and sea views and the pool area was great for lazy sunbathing. Reception is open 6 days per week and are very helpful

Lovely ground floor apartment. Everywhere is spotless, and even the sunbeds are scrubbed. Check-in was done online before arrival, so it was quick and easy when we arrived, and they even accommodated an early check-in at 11.30 am. There is no key. You use a keypad, which is so much easier, and I hope other complexes adopt this method. There is a hob and oven and a fridge freezer, which some places also don't have, its usually just an icebox in the fridge or just a hob. There are about 6 or 7 English channels on the TV. The cleaners came in every other day, but they are around every day if you need anything. There is also a lift, so no lugging cases up and down the stairs. We stay in Matagorda 3 times a year, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, although I would request a 1st/2nd/3rd floor for the view and privacy.

It was a quiet complex, the location was perfect and close to all of the amenities. The complex and the apartment itself were spotless. Would recommend highly and looking forward to staying here again soon.

Quiet location at the edge of Matagorda but only a short walk to the local beach and shops. Really easy access to local bus stops too. The apartment complex was beautifully clean and well maintained and our apartment was a great size, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were on the ground floor next to the pool. Would definitely recommend and return here.
