Lovely countryside home, very well situated between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa. There are also several fantastic beaches within a short drive's distance from the house. The area is nice and quiet and with a genuine countryside feel, yet very near all kinds of amenities. The house is surrounded by a well kept garden, fruit orchards, an oak tree area in the back giving nice shade and lovely areas for outdoor dining and relaxing. The pool deck surrounding the swimming-pool is new, as well as the outdoor kitchen by the built-in bbq. There is also a shower room next to the bbq. The interior has nice, traditional features blended with modern comfort and tasteful furniture. The house is overall welcoming and inviting and the white walls and wooden beams add charm and character to the light rooms. There is a spacious living/dining room with an open fire place, a completely new, modern kitchen which is fully fitted and with breakfast area as well as esay access to the front, covered terrace with dining area. All four bedrooms (two with double beds, two with twin beds) are light and nicely decorated and furnished, overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside.
