We have more than 25 years of experience and Urban is one of our establishments. Before 2:00 pm we remain closed for arrivals because we are cleaning. When you arrive at the Hostel the entrance door for security is closed, please contact us. The check out time is before 12:00 midday. We don´t have luggage room for check ins and check outs. If you need to store your bags you can find lockers at Plaza de Armas bus station or in some luggage storage places near the Hostel. We don´t have a kitchen. We have office with fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler and tableware. No visitors allowed. Only registered and identified guests are allowed to enter. We do not accept bicycles. Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not allowed You are only allowed to use the terrace on the 3th floor to smoke. There are surveillance and recording devices in the common areas of the property.

After the restoration of a1919 building in the city center you will be able to find the best quality-price service. Located on the corner of El Silencio and Monsalves Street, all rooms are exterior and have a balcony. Bed sheets and towels are included, free Wi-Fi, elevator, is adapted for people with reduced mobility, office with fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler and tableware, toilets and showers on each floor, roof terrace. All rooms have a key lock on the door.
