The owner of this precious house that is located in the Alberzana Street, just 5 minutes away from the viewpoint of San Nicolás, is David,a native of Granada. One of his biggest passion is to travel and for this reason he wants all his guests to enjoy the wonders of his city staying in the best home: cozy, functional and with all kinds of comforts in a unique and special environment. The house is located in the heart of the Albaicín neighborhood and is really charming! With private parking, garden and private swimming pool is the ideal choice for families or friends! It is developed on two floors and has a wonderful garden, careful in detail, with an indoor pool where you can enjoy every moment of your vacation. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and modern living room with two sofas and a LCD T.V.. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles, one with 4 single beds and if necessary a comfortable sofa bed in the living room to host up to 10 people.
