Welcome to this magnificent house in the outskirts of Xàbia. It is prepared for 4 persons + 1 extra. The beautiful outside area counts with lots of green, a 3,5mx7m salt water pool of 2,1m depth, 3 sun beds, garden furniture, 2 well-furnished porches, a terrace and a barbeque. The views are marvellous! The 2-storey house measures 190m2 and counts with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower (one on the ground floor and another on the first floor). On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. One extra person may sleep on the sofa-couch, in the front room of one of the bedrooms. The cozy living- and dining room counts with 2 sofas, TV, a fire place, a dining table and great views. The spatious independent kitchen works with a hob and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a nice meal during your stay. Also, you will find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.

A hilly landscape, shaped over the centuries by the influence of the sea and the wind. The coastline forms a succession of coves and beaches, cliffs, islands, caves and capes. Its rich natural heritage includes several protected areas: a Natural Park, a Marine Reserve and 6 micro Flora Reserves. It offers diferent hiking routes (Montgó Natural Park, Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni, Portitxol Bay, Forest Park Granadella) and viewpoints (Cap de Sant Antoni, El Molins, Punta del Castell, Séquia de la Nòria, etc.). Discover the village of Xàbia, wandering through the old town, with its peculiar medieval layout: a maze of narrow streets dotted with white walls, arched portals, Gothic and trellises forging windows all topped off by the "rough stone" characteristic of the area. You will feel the athmosphere of another era. You can visit the Church of St. Bartholomew, the municipal food market where you can buy native delicacies, City Hall, Archaeology and Ethnography Soler Blasco, Capella de Santa Anna and the Convent of the Augustinian. In addition, every Thursday from 8.30 to 14.00 a weekly market is held on the Plaza de la Constitution and the Placeta del Convent.
