Wonderfully quiet location, and with only a 8 minute-walk to the bubbling historic center, you will have a good night rest and still all the action nearby. Some highlights of the apartment: > 2 bedrooms with large comfy beds with toppers (200x180 cm & 2x 200x90) > 2 fully equipped bathrooms with both a walk-in shower, toilet and sink > New soundproof windows and French doors to the sunny terrace, all equipped with shutters against sun, heat and sound > All rooms air-conditioned > Your own parking spot (2.30mtrx4.39mtr) in the secure underground garage, only suitable for small or compact (European size) cars. > Living room with TV and a large selection of films and series via Amazon Prime and Wi-Fi throughout, even on the terrace. > Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Bosch Tassimo coffeemaker, plates, glassware, pots, pans & kitchen utensils > Washing machine, drying racks, iron & security safe > We have 3 bikes in the appartment for rent > The apartment was recently beautifully renovated. > If you book for 2 people and you want to use both bedrooms and bathrooms, a surcharge of 15 euros per night applies. Of course, the house is completely private for you if you only use one bedroom and bathroom.
Coming from The Netherlands, I have been visiting Andalusia very frequently for over 18 years. Every time I'm stunned by her beauty, the delicious food and the friendly people. My husband Steven and I fell in love with Málaga in oktober 2017. We decided to do something a little bit crazy and we bought an apartment in Málaga City Center. With a lot of time, money, effort and love, we fully renovated the apartment in to what it is today. We love to go there with our son for our holidays and in the meantime we like others to enjoy it as well. Therefore you can rent it! We hope you like it and feel at home like we do. Enjoy yourselves in Málaga, a surprising city! In Málaga we are working together with a local contactperson who will be your host during your stay and your first contact. He speaks English and Spanish. He can arrange things you need in the apartment prior your arrival or during you stay for little extra costs (groceries, additional cleaning or change of linen, etcetera). Málaga is a surprising city with many faces. A beautiful car-free historic center with beautiful buildings and very nice shops. There are nice restaurants everywhere. It is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and has many museums and sights. The Alcazaba, the Roman theater and the Cathedral are well worth a visit. There is a beautiful marina and of course wonderful beaches! The apartment is located in the El Molinillo district. This district is part of the center of Málaga. It is a lively neighborhood with near the apartment two bakeries, a large supermarket and a vegetable shop. At the neighborhood restaurant Los Caracolles (around the corner) you eat a tasty breakfast or lunch for little money. Mercado de Salamanca is also close by. This is a 100-year-old market hall where the locals get their daily fresh goods, such as vegetables and fish. Transport: From the airport you can get to the apartment by car, taxi, bus or train. Your own (rental) car in a private parking space in the garage below the apartment gives you many more possibilities to explore Andalusia. Please note the dimensions of the parking (2.30 x 4.39m) so only suitable for small or compact -European size- cars). I can also arrange a transfer from the airport for you.
