MAGIC SEA FRONT is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views. If you are looking to relax, hear the noise of the sea and not be in the center of town, this apartment is an excellent choice. It is located in the exclusive Punta Gaviota urbanization, a few minutes from the center of Sitges by car. The urbanization is 10 minutes walk from the port of Sitges and the beaches of Aiguadolç and about 25 minutes walk from the town. It has a parking area but it is not possible to reserve a space. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. The room has a very comfortable bed, during the winter you can see the sunrise. The bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub and a shower with a rainfall type diffuser with sea views. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional people. The views give this apartment a plus. It has air conditioning in the living room, heating and Wi-Fi. The windows have thermal and acoustic insulation, double glazing and quality closing. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped for your comfort. There is a beautiful communal pool for exclusive use and gardens with sea views.

The apartment is located in the magical urbanization called Punta Gavina/Punta Gaviota. It's like a Gaudi building with a lot of mistery and endless beauty next to the sea. All properties here are painted in white giving it this Ibizan aura that you will find nowhere else in Sitges. The nearest beach (La Caleta) is at a 3 minutes walk away and at times you will have the chance to have it all for yourself because it's little known. But if you want somewhere you could practice water sports, then we recommend you the beach of La Marina, also very close by following a walking path. The city center is at a 20min walk, but the best is to bring or rent a car during your stay so that you can better explore the town and surroundings without leaving things to do from your list. If you come by plane or by train, don't forget to ask us for our airport shuttle and taxi service! If you would like to taste some Mediterranean specialities, in 10min you can get to the harbour of Aiguadolç, where some of the best restaurant are. Likewise, there's a small supermarket for your groceries' shopping.
