The apartment is located in Lomas de los Monteros in the Marbella hills. The urbanisation offers the most discerning client a haven of peace, privacy and comfort, yet only 3 minutes away from the nearest restaurant Hacienda Monte Marina and riding club, at a 6 minute-drive from the nearest beach & golf courses and 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops, more sandy beaches, nightlife, pharmacies, major banks and the heart of lively and cosmopolitan Marbella. Marbella does not only offer beautiful sandy beaches, but also an authentic old town centre. From Marbella, you can walk along the seaside on beautiful walk ways to Puerto Banús, the most prestigious marina of the Mediterranean. If you are a passionate golfer, this is the perfect place! There are numerous well-known golf courses in the immediate vicinity. The Hospital of the Costa del Sol is just downhill (5 minutes) and the shopping mall "La Cañada" is 10 minutes away.
