STUDIO RELAX is the perfect place for couples or 2 friends who want a studio small, comfortable and close to everything. A few steps from the beach and the center of Sitges. The area is very quiet and accessible, next to Avenida Sofía. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the bus station and the train station. The Studio Relax is new, modern and fully equipped. It has television, wifi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and offers guests an umbrella and beach chair to use during their stay. The beds are individual and have the possibility of joining, ideally it is specified in the make a reservation if you prefer beds together or apart. It is located in a semi-basement floor of a small, very quiet building of only two neighbors (down 5 steps from the street level). But it has four windows and light natural. It has a small terrace with a table and three chairs for the exclusive use of guests to enjoy breakfast, dinner… The washing machine is located behind the studio, in a small storage room with low ceilings. Over there You can wash and hang clothes outside in an area designated for this. A very charming, renovated and very complete studio in a very quiet area and at the time, close to everything. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - You must pay the tourist tax required by the Sitges City Council (1 euro x person x night | maximum 7 nights | those under 16 years of age do not pay it. - The check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Late check-in has a small cost. - The departure time is at 11am. - ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED License number HUTB01401772

A unique location in the heart of Sitges, next to Avinguda Sofia and just a few meters from the beach, shops and museums. The sea promenade is barely 300m away. It is wide and you can go on foot, by bike or on skates. The driveway is surrounded by palm trees and shade trees. You can have a good view of the sea. There are also bars for refreshments, benches on which you can sit to admire portrait painters and sand scultures. The promenade has a children's park and a statue called "The Mermaid", where it is tradition to touch her hand. You will also find the statue of Santiago Russinyol and Ramón Casas, two modernist artists in the 19th century. Upon arriving to La Punta, if you climb the stone staircase, you will get to the historic center which is one of the most beautiful parts of Sitges. There are narrow pedestrian only alleyways that follow the old medieval city wall. Look out for wall plaques when walking down the Davallada. There is a picturesque alley renamed "Fifth Avenue" by the locals when Charles Deering began the construction of Palau Maricel, now a museum. He bought the houses in opposite streets and renovated those next to the sea to make them his home until 1919.
