Its fantastic location on top of a small cliff will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. The main house is divided into two different floors connected by an indoor staircase. The top floor holds 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air-conditioning; two have a double bed and one two single beds and one bathroom with a bathtub. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the two double bedrooms have their own balcony. Bedroom number 4 also offers air-conditioning and its bathroom with shower is found on the same floor. Bedroom number 5 with air-conditioning, adjoining the house, has an ensuite bathroom with shower and independent access. The kitchen is modern and has a large pantry. It opens on one side of the living room and on the other side to the barbecue area and a shaded outdoor lounge. It also has access to the front terrace, which offers the most spectacular sea views of the entire house.
