Our company with headquarters in Moraira welcomes you. We are a rental agency of villas and apartments for holidays and long stays in Moraira, Calpe and its surroundings (Costa Blanca). The villa has its accommodation spread over two floors. Its distribution is perfect as it allows maximum sea views in the main rooms of the house. On the lower floor is the kitchen, the dining room, bedroom 1 with bunk bed and bedroom 2 with single bed and balcony, from which there are lovely views. Both bedrooms are close to bathroom 1 with shower. On the upper floor, there is access to bedroom 3 with double bed, private terrace from which the incredible sea views can be enjoyed, along with an en-suite bathroom. On the other side is bedroom 4, also for two people and very cosy. Bedroom 3 and the dining area have air conditioning. The rest of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is central heating throughout the whole property, through radiators. The property also has a garage with space for one large car, along with a parking area where you could easily fit 3 further cars.
