The location is great and the host, Carmen was super friendly. She even helped us for an incident where my husband left the keys inside of the apartment. She was super quick and understanding, we loved it!

Beautiful apartment just a few steps from the beach and the promenade of Marbella. It is located in the heart of the city and surrounded by a huge variety of services and amenities. This property consists of a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. It is completely renovated, equipped and brand new. It offers garden area and community pool. Having south orientation makes it bright, it also has beautiful views of the sea from the dining room.
Hi :) I know Marbella and the city center quite well, so I can recommend wonderful places to see and discover ;)
The neighborhood where the apartment is located makes it very special because it is next to the most emblematic buildings of Marbella, such as Marbella House, Poseidon, Atrium, Gran Marbella, Sultan Hotel and Gran Melia Don Pepe, etc. The proximity to the old town, the sea and the promenade also makes it very special, as well as being surrounded by all kinds of services and amenities such as shops, exclusive restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, gym, banks and a long etcetera. This central neighborhood is ideal to enjoy the cuisine of the area and the magic that this special city has. It is located just two blocks from the main avenue of the city, Ricardo Soriano, and from there there are bus lines to any place such as Puerto Banus, La Cañada shopping center, Rosario beaches, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, etc. Near the apartment there are also several paid parkings that are quite comfortable and economical, although we have to mention that it is not cumbersome to park near the house and there are quite a few free areas. Guests can access the apartment completely. In the building you can access the community swimming pools, both for adults and gardens.
